Delivery Policy
Effective date:
1. Digital-Only Service
ShareCerti is a fully digital SaaS platform. We do not ship any physical goods. All products and services — including credit packs, certificates, and badges — are delivered digitally.
2. Credit Pack Delivery
- Credits are added to your account automatically after your payment is verified.
- Verification normally happens within seconds of a successful Razorpay checkout.
- If your credits do not appear within 10 minutes of payment, refresh your Billing page or contact support.
- We also verify payments via a Razorpay webhook so credits are available even if you close the browser before the confirmation screen.
3. Certificate Delivery to Recipients
When you issue a certificate:
- The recipient receives an email with their certificate and a unique, publicly verifiable link.
- Email delivery depends on the recipient's inbox, spam filters, and email provider.
- If a recipient does not receive the email, you can re-send it from your dashboard.
- The verifiable certificate link is permanent and accessible without an account.
4. Badge Delivery
- Digital badges issued through ShareCerti are delivered via email to the recipient.
- Badges include a unique verification URL that anyone can use to confirm authenticity.
- Open Badge standard metadata is embedded where supported.
5. Access to Your Account and Templates
- Your account, templates, issued certificates, and design data are accessible immediately after sign-up.
- Purchased credit packs are accessible as soon as payment is verified (see Section 2).
- Service access is provided on a continuous basis as long as your account is active and in good standing.
6. Service Interruptions
Occasional maintenance or technical issues may temporarily delay certificate email delivery. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Unplanned downtime will be resolved as quickly as possible and will not result in loss of purchased credits.
7. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issue with credit delivery or certificate sending, contact us at support@sharecerti.com with your transaction ID or order ID (found on the Billing page). We aim to respond within one business day.
